♥ Shortbread cookies? or Butter cookies?


Yummy...

It looks really good!

I keep all my shortbread into bottles (2)!Wanna bite?

I have been searching many Butter cookies' recipes for many times, and there is many people give me various recipes, and they recommended me to make some different recipes of Butter cookies, and so I tried to bake some of them....Of course, different recipes come out different crispy cookies...

Today, I had baked the butter cookies with my favorite recipe, I call it shortbread rather than butter cookies since it tastes really crispy and when you put it into ur mouth, u will feel it is melting!!! I wouldn't lie u guys, don't u believe me? Just get it a try!

Shortbread:
(A)
200 g Butter
50 g Sugar
(B)
150 Flour
25 g corn starch

Beat butter and sugar together until smooth, add (B) to be a dough. Then press the dough into shape and it is really to be baked!
