♥ 炸酱面

材料(A)
葱姜蒜剁碎
牛肉剁碎
豆瓣酱
味精盐
黑酱油膏调色
1. 待油热后爆香葱姜蒜,放入牛肉,豆瓣酱,炒熟,放点水,加酱油调色,叫味精盐到你喜欢的味道,酱就这样做好了。。。(如果你的水价太多了,可以加淀粉勾芡~)
2.把酱和面混在一起就是炸酱面了!可以加炒鸡蛋~~
(如果想吃好吃的,你就要用很多麻油,然后炸葱姜蒜,牛肉和豆瓣酱,这就是炸酱!)
